General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a general surgeon with regards to your hemorrhoids, especially if there's pain and you noticed that it is enlarging in size. a complete physical examination done by your doctor would confirm if your vaginal rash is just an inflammatory reaction or needs further gynecologic evaluation. a proctoscopy may also be done by your surgeon to determine the severity of your hemorrhoids and to look if there are other lesions present in your perianal and rectal area.

hope this helps.

good day!!
