What Causes Anal Fissures With Bleeding During The Bowels?

Hi, I am having Anal fissure from past 2 months. During my bowel movements I had blood drop dripping. I have no pain no itching in my anus. My 1st doctor adviced me to take the following medicines: a)cremaffin syrup b)enzomac tablets c)proctosedyl cream d)betadine e)taxim 200 I had a course 10 days in between for 2 days I had no bleeding then it didnt helped. Then I went to another Homeopathy Docter he suggested me 2 medicines a)Y-Lax b)calc fluor 12x I had them for 2 weeks. It used to bleed alternate days so even it didnt helped 3rd Doctor gave me the follwong medicines: a)sitcom forte tablet b)proctosedyl cream today is the 10th day I am having the medicine but the bleeding haven t stopped. Please help me!

Hi,
It seems that due to passing hard stool there is always irritation does not allow proper healing inspite of doing multiple antibiotic medicine courses.
You might need surgical method for healing of anal fissure.
Continue taking crimaffin liquid daily at night.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
