What Causes An Urge To Skip Meals To Lose Weight?

hello, my name is chloe and for the last 3weeks in science i have been learning about healthy eating, heart attacks, and weight gain. When my teacher teaches she always goes over the top!, and always seems to worry me, and now as a resualt i am having to skip meals aday, exercise for over 2hours, and i am constantly out and about, i have lost a lot of weight, and i still got to carry on with the subject for another 2weeks, should i go and see somebody about this?

Dear friend ..some will have this kind of urge over o long time and they becomme lean in a unhealthy way they call it anorexia nervosa... it is a psychiatric disorder... iBut in your case ... it does not appear like a problem for me .. just change your mind set and start being confident about your health.eat nutritious food . missing your meal can harm your health... practice yoga and meditation ... relax yourself
