What Causes An Unusual Bowel Movement?

I just went #2 and as I wiped I noticed a small pea-sized orange glob on the toilet paper. The rest of the stool that came out in the toilet looked solid dark brown pieces of mixed sizes from pea sized to olive sized, nothing unusual. I should also mention that a few months back I went to the ER for bowel pains and esophagus pains I had for a year prior to the sudden appearance of canker sores prompting me to go to ER, and weight loss where I was at 115 pounds. I am 25 years old, female, 6,1, normal weight 140 to 150. I've been on a healthy diet getting my weight back up which is now at 136. I haven't changed my diet any in the past 3 months except dropping almonds from my diet over a month ago. I've had numerous tests done to find a diagnosis. Blood shows normal except an unusually high amount of vitamin b12, normal x-rays, upper gi endoscopy showed normal except a red spot in stomach which I'm still awaiting results of biopsy. I have an ultrasound coming up. I'm currently taking ranitidine 300mg twice a day which ive been on since March. But the orange glob in stool is new. My bowel movements, color, and size do change frequently even though my diet is exact same, but never had orange glob. The orange glob looks like a paste/jelly, and inside the orange glob I can see a few pin-point size brown specs. Should I be worried?
