What Causes An Uncomfortable Feeling In The Mouth?

Hello sir .... I m getting uncomfortable feeling in my mouth ...roughness ...no pain just like plaque formation ...it seems like there s formation on thin layer of something .. There is nothing on my tongue though but my cheeks are involved ...and its on and off ....how can I get rid of this ....can it be a yeast infection ? Whatare the symptoms of yeast infec ?

As per your complain feeling of a plaque like layer over the cheeks can be due to causes like either yeast infection causing thrush while can also be due to cheek biting habit leading to excess keratin formation..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of scrapings from the inner cheeks can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
