What Causes An Itchy Rash On The Thighs After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hi, my boyfriend has had a rash develop overnight on his thighs and it is spreading up to the side of his stomach. We had sex last night that was unprotected and he is convinced I have given him a sexually transmitted disease. I have only had sex with one other individual but it was protected. The rash is slightly blotchy/ spotty with only a slight itch and no pain.

This rash seems to be due to some ectoparasite. Scabies is a possibility which is not necessarily a sexually transmitted disease although it is highly contagious and itchy.

Tell him to bathe with Sulphur soap[klare soap]. after bath he can apply lotion or ointment Eurax[Crotamiton] . For both of them tell him to apply all over the body except above neck line.

You have to do the same treatment for yourself and treat the bed sheets and blankets in boiling water with Eurax poured in the water for at last 1/2 hour.

That's it.
