What Causes An Infected Red Sore On The Groin?

Hey doc I had what seemed to be an ingrown hair on my Bikini line. While I was asleep it burst and blood and puss came out. After that I treated it with peroxide and neospourn daily. Now, about 9 days later it looks like a round red sore with an indent in the middle. It is painful to the touch and irritated easily.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It could be a cancre. you can take antibiotics like azithral 1 gm single dose with doxycycline 100 mg for 21 days. You must do blood reports like rpr, HIV etc.
