Hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion fallopian tube block can be found in laparoscopy by dye dilution test. The diluted betadine is injected through cervix into uterus and if the tubes are patent spillage is seen on both sides. The absence of heart beat in fetus might be genetic anamoly.I suggest you to go for HSG (Hysterosalphinogram) to rule out fallopian tube block. As you were pregnant once there might be no block.HSG or saline salphinogram also help in confirmation of tubal block. If there is tubal block for sure then artificial reproductive techniques might be needed.Avoid stress as it might delay furthur.
