What Causes An Alternative Negative And Positive Result In Pregnancy Test?
I recentley missed my period december 5th. I ve been very gassy, painful headaches, burning sensation in my stomach & very sore swollen breast. A week before my period was due I was having very painful abdomanal pain. I took a hpt last night, test came back positive with a faint line? i took one this afternoon results came back negative?

Usually urine pregnancy test kit can give accurate result after one week of expected date of periods.
After adding urine the immediate result should be considered. Sometimes after few hours faint line can be seen but that should not be considered.
Better to go for blood test for pregnancy, which can give more accurate result compared with urine test.
