General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

You failed to mention your sex, but I am assuming you are a female as thyroid abnormalities are more common in women. Due to the thyroid abnormalities and also your age, pre-menopause must be kicking in and causing the fluctuations you are experiencing. Speak to your doctor and check your hormone levels whether you are a male or female. Correction will surely help.

Best wishes.
