Hey there. Thank you for posting in healthcare magic. I carefully read your query and realize your point of concern. From your presentation, I think you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Allergies may occur at time other than spring or fall. It can occur in different thing like cold, dust, pet, flower pollen etc. probably you have one of those factors and have the symptoms. As you do not have other problem like fever,headache,cough, it is not serious. Try to find out the allergen and avoid the thing ,you wil be better.
