What Causes Air In Bladder?

I just found out i have air in my Bladder
they found in in a Cat Scan. While checking my Bowl. I am a Crohns Pt for more than 20 years. i am 56... and have been very Blessed with my Crohns. Medication has always kept it under control. But now Air In My Bladder. What is up with that?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Air in bladder should not be seen.
2. Possible fistulous opening from genital tract or gastro-intestinal tract.
3. Crohns could have perforated and formed a fistulous tract. Dye test might be necessary.
