What Causes Acute Urination Pain?

I have a problem sometimes with having to pee. I will go to the bathroom and after i have went i will still feel that i need to go. As i stand over the toilet i will tense and loosen my muscles so i can get all the urine out. That is when the stinging/burning starts. Then when im done there is usually a small amount of white powdery stuff on the tip of my penis. I dont always have these problems peeing, but they come in a random fashion. What could this mean?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Get a urine examination to rule out urinary tract infection.
2. This does not appear to be classical symptoms of urinary tract infection. White powdery stuff points more towards fungal infection.
3. Pain in the end, possibly due to ulceration and small stones. Get urine examination and also an ultrasound abdomen to rule out stones.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
