What Causes Acute Stomach Cramps?

HI, MY DAUGHTER HAS HAD BAD STOMACH CRAMPS WHERE SHE FALLS AND FAINTED. ALL SHE REMENBERS IS THE PAIN AND THEBN GETTING OFF THE FLOOR. sHE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM YESTERDAY . hER BLOOD WORK WAS GOOD, SHE HAD A CAT-SCAN. THE ONLY THING THEY FOUND WAS A HEMATOMA ON HER HEAD WHERE SHE FELLED. COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT ATE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT MAY BE WRONG. SHE S 39 YEARS OLD

can you please provide me with he details of her pain abdomen? whai is the site? is it cental in mid line or laterally toward right or left? or is it lower abdomen where the pain may be due to her mentrypual cycles... often female complain of lower abdomen pain dysmenorrhea followed by fainting ...

if ur pain is central then her pancreas need to be evaluated and if it's later renal cause need to be evaluated.. please provide me rest of details
