What Causes Acne On Shoulders And Back?

Dear Mr. Mrs I am 22 year old female. I have been facing acne problems for a long time now. I have treated for staphylococcus bacteria and treatment went well. From time to time I still have acne on my shoulders and back. What could be the reason? I try to eat regularly and drink water. Could this be hormonal imbalance?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be the acne but could be some rash and this may be due to some hypersensitivity reaction try some antihistamine and best would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
