What Causes Acne On Feet And Neck?
around 2 years back I was diagnosed Ketone in my urine & put on insulin drip to cure the same. I have been checking my sugar level regularly post that found in the range of 115 to 125 ( fasting) . in last few days 2-3 e acnes have developed on my feet and neck....Could it be becauses of Ketones? age 44yrs . male

Diabetics are more prone for bacterial infections. From your description Acne like lesions over the leg and neck seems like boils, a bacterial infection of hair follicle. Acne or pimples do not occur over feet. I do not think that they are due to ketones. Kindly consult a doctor for diagnosis and if it is boils you might require antibiotics topical or systemic according to the severity.
