What Causes Acidity And Painful Bowel Movements?

I am quiet gassy in the abdomen and very painful bowel movements during the periods but the pains subside immediately after passing stools this happens only when i am on cycle. I am 5"11 and 95kgs and 35 yrs old both my deliveries were normal and my youngesst kid is three and a half yrs old and I have been having this pain only for the past two months the flow is pretty normal no clots of any sorts. No other complications as BP SUGAR are clinically detected in the past month's check up. Can you help?
