Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your test results and the symptoms that you are not correlating because high cholesterol may not cause the GERD, and the SGPT is not significant so it does not indicate any hepatobiliary pathologies.

What I guess is your main concern is the acid reflux symptoms and for that I would suggest to try tablet Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in a day. It will be better to take it at evening time and needs to be continued for 6 weeks.

In diet, avoid all the oily, fatty food, avoid taking too much calorie containing diet. It is better to have more green fresh leafy vegetable diet, avoid soft and hard drink, avoid heavy meal, spicy meal and coffee prior to bed, also be stress free.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
