I ve had acid reflux for the past 5 days... this morning it was really bad. So bad that I threw up. There looked like small clots of blood was mixed in. A few years ago I had the same problem with acid reflux and heartburn, everyday for months. I couldn t eat much because of it and when I tried working out... it would make it worse. And I was bloated all the time and gained 30 plus pounds in less than a year and had irregular bowel movements. Not a single solid bowel movement in over a year now. The heartburn/acid reflux finally went away after awhile. When I went to my doctor about this, he couldn t figure out what was going on with the weight, bloating and everything else. His solution was to take me off my birth control pills. I ve been on the same birth control for years before this all started happening, however they did switch me to a generic around the time all this started happening. I ve been off birth control for 7 months now... I m still gaining weight (not as quickly as before) and I m still bloated (also not as much as before). Now the heartburn/Acid reflux is back and I m scared that the weight is going to pile on again. Please help.
