What Causes Accidental Ingestion Of Ibuprofen And Levothyroxine By Toddler?

My 4 year old autistic grandson found a travel container of medication and emptied it on the floor. He May have injested one or two extra strength ibupropen and /or 1 0.025MC levythyroxine tablet. He can t tell us if he took them. What should we do?

Ibuprofen and levothyroxin are not contraindicated
in children.
Levothyroxin won't cause any problem.
Ibuprofen may cause some gastritis-Acidity-Heartburn
or vomiting at the most.
You can give child ranitidine 150 mg twice a day
and liq. Antacid like DIGENE 3 TSP three times /day.
Give plenty of water and liquid.
He will be fine.
