Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Mirena coil contains progesterone which can cause irregularities in the menstrual cycle and lead to prolonged amenorrhea.
However, it do not causes bleeding after Intercourse. Such bleeding can be due to local lesions in the cervix or vagina including cancer of cervix. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
