What Causes Abortions?

Hi,Dr.

I am 32. Married 3 yrs. didelphys uterus. suffered 3 missed abortions. all the 3 around 10 weeks. sac formation showed only in 6th week. heart beat in 8 weeks and theres less development in the next weeks. Is it due to the uterus abnormality or problems wit embryo formation or development.
