I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. Your symptoms suggest a possible endometrial shedding in pieces, though a chemical abortion, which is very unlikely in the current scenario, cannot be excluded. Now, you need to arrest the heavy bleeding with styptics and hormones. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the transvaginal route is to be done to know the status of the pelvic organs. Further management can be planned after the histopathological report.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
