What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps?

Ive had abnormal vaginal bleeding for the past two-three weeks. the discharge is a dark color and occasionally has lumps inside. i ve also been very nauseous for the past two weeks or so. haven t had an appetite. something just feels off with me.... i have occasional stomach cramps - the kind i get when i have my menstrual.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Nausea is always indicative of some irritating thing going on in the body, particularly in the abdomen, hence the appetite is also lost.
Since you have cramps like menstruation and also have vaginal discharge the most probable cause can be pelvic inflammatory disease that is causing all the symptoms that you have.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Get an opinion of your Gynecologist and also insist for tests of blood, stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and any other investigations as needed.
Further management would obviously dependent upon the per-vaginal examination along with per-speculum examination and lab.
Take only liquid diet and get started with a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone as it will help for acidity related problems.
Keep clean personal hygiene.
