What Causes Abnormal Stools, Diarrhea, Intestine Pain With Infection?
Yesterday and today I noticed White streaks in my stools. The stools were otherwise nomal. I had diahorea on Saturday (today is Tuesday) and one or two days before that I had a lot of intestinal pain from what I suspect was dirty water. The first night I couldn t lay on my back because the pain was spreading all over my torso. I feel ok with regard to my intestines now. I ve just been left with a cold after the hit to my immune system. Any cause for concern? I had an infection in my stomache or intestines over a month agao and the local doctors (here in China) didn t seem to good, don t want to visit again.
Hi Intestinal infections may lead to loose stools and pain in the abdomen. Repeated infections in the intestines may be caused by contaminated water or food. It may be a sign of irritable bowel syndrome. The important thing that you should keep a watch on quality of water. Adopt a healthy lifestyle and have regular exercises. Cold is not an ailment to be worried for. It settles spontaneously in due course. I would also suggest you to avoid taking antibiotics in case of intestinal infection unless associated with marked mucous and blood. Take home remedies to deal with intestinal issues. Regrds
