What Causes Abnormal Sensation In The Muscles Below Elbow And Knees?
I have a weird feeling in the muscles below elbow and knees in all 4 extremities causing me to feel as if I need to flex them, over time the multiple flexing causes tightness and pain in joint. Today I flexed my Lt arm so much it causing numbness in mt pinky finger. This has been going on since I was 19 and I am 39 now. It it during me crazy. Any idea what this is from

it is a neurological problem. might be pressure on nerve. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment.
