What Causes Abnormal Period After Having Unwanted 72 Pill?

I had unprotected sex couple of days before my periods. I generally dont get periods on time. Just to avoid the risk of pregnancy I took the contraceptive pill that is available in market after 72 hours(I know this will not help as it needs to be taken within 72 hours). My periods were delayed by 6days. I got a flesh kinda stuff with lot of blood the first thing (which I assume was a period start). Then there was very feeble bleeding throughout the day, not like my regular periods. I am not sure if I am pregnant as there is very less bleeding that I am having on the first day i.e. today. My periods generally last for only two days.

I understand your concern.
- Actually 2 days prior to expected date of menses is not likely to be fertile.
So n your case there
You have irregular menstrual cycle,. You had unprotected sex followed by unwanted 72 pill after 72 hours of sex. This was followed by delayed period with unusual pattern of bleeding.
- Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill having high dose of hormones. & is likely to cause disturbance in your normal pattern of menses.
The bleeding you had 6 days late is withdrawal bleeding due to the high dose hormones. That also indicates absence of conception.
