Hi,

Increased heart rate and palpitations can have a lot of causes. It can be normal sinus tachycardia due to anxiety or stress in form of exercise. For the diagnosis, you need to do ECG at the time of palpitation and tachycardia which you have already done and is normal. After exercise our heart tend to increase because of sympathetic stimulation and comes back to normal after some time. It is a normal phenomenon. So don't worry.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameer Maheshwari
