What Causes Abnormal Cells In Biopsy?

i just had my second biopsy done on my prostate (1 year apart from each other) because my urologist felt some inflammation doing the DRE and she said, although my PSA was less than 3.0, the best way to know was to do a biopsy. Ist biopsy results were negative but one sample came out with a bad cel, not malignant but vulnerable. 2nd biopsy results are that there are 3 more cels that are bad but not malignant. so is this going to end up in cancer?
