What Causes Abnormal Blood Values After Water Fasting?

Hi Doctor, I was water fasting for 26 days (just drinking water). I felt very well, and I did my blood analyses before water fast, at the end of the fast, and I will have tomorrow my results after breaking the fast. This is my second time that I was water fasting. First time I didnt have any problems breaking my fast. However, this time I had these symptoms:Abdominal pain; Pain when breathing in; Severe weight gain ; Fluid retention - started with my feet (angles) then spreaded all over my body; Headache; Pain in my ears; Itching of the skin especially on the stomach and back. I broke my fast on January 1st and until January 6 I was drinking water and natural juices. An 6th i ate salad and other solid food. On 8th I had all these symptoms. My blood tests in November were good. On December 26 the following were out of range: AST 83; ALT 88; Ka 3.11; Na 134; Uric acid 306. Today s results: AST 38; ALT 40; Ka 4.37; Na 139; Uric acid 167. My questions are: 1. Could you explain what happened to my body during breaking the fast? 2. What should I do next time to avoid this situation? How long will it take before my blood test results become valid? (I was told one month after breaking the fast) Thank you very much Best regards Stephanie

2. Next time you should avoid this much long fasting .

3. It takes around 4 - 6 weeks for the body to get normal metabolism and\
