What Causes Abdominal Tenderness, nausea And Shivering?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have lower right abdominal tenderness. It feels like it s near my ovary. I;m very tired, nauseas and cold/shivery. I have a history of endometriosis which I was told could be why I have pain. I ve not had any bleeding or felt the need to take pain killers, the pain only lasts a second and the tenderness is intermittent. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns . Unilateral pelvic pain during early pregnancy can be ectopic pregnancy.
I suggest you to get a ultrasound done as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis and get treated accordingly, to prevent complications of ectopic pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
