I ran out of tampons my last period so I subtatuted tightly rolled toilett paper for a tampon, however due to my symptoms which include pressure in my lower abdomenm craps in my lower back and bladder the feeling like something is at the top of my vagina and about to slide down and out of my vagina headaches and a very warm vagina at any given moment, I fear maybe I forgot to remove my subsitute tampon my last period which was actually some months ago. (I am frequently irregular). Is this serious, should I go to the Emergancy room or is it more likley that I am dealing with something else? I was treated for a bladder infection 2 months ago after my last period but it has since returned and so has my god awful smellling urine, it is strong and very vinagery.
