What Causes Abdominal Pain?

Have a very athletic 14 year old son, 5ft 10in , 140 #. B/p 144/98. . Nausea/ not eating/ have lost 20-25 # in last year. Has grown 2 inches in last year also. Having GB sono friday. B/p usually runs 90/50. Should I be concerned about b/p. Could his pain be making it go up?

PAIN ABDOMEN IN YOUR CASE COULD BE DUE TO GALL BLADDER PATHOLOGY.
GALL STONES CAN CAUSE PAIN.

I ADVICE CT ABDOMEN FOR DILINEATING OTHER ASSOCIATED PATHOLOGIES.

BLOOD PRESSURE SHOULD BE TREATED ONLY IF ITS BELOW 90/60.
