Hallow Dear,

At the outset let me inform you that pain in abdomen is not a symptom of pregnancy. In during any stage of pregnancy if there is pain in abdomen, it is not a good sign and may be indicating the disturbance in pregnancy. If you are having some pain, may be it is an indication that you are to get your menses.

The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. I do not find any mention about your periods. If you have not missed your period, you should not worry about pregnancy. Moreover, you had dual protection as you have mentioned. Wait for your periods and then take further steps.

If you (have) miss(ed) period, the pregnancy test on urine should be performed 8-10 days after missed period on overnight morning first urine sample to get reliable results. These tests done earlier may give false negative results.

The other option is Beta hCG test. This test is highly sensitive and very specific. They can give reliable results even few days before missing period.

Ten days after missed period, ultrasonography can give you direct visual evidence about the status of pregnancy.

Please take help of one of the options after due period to have correct diagnosis.

I hope this information helps you in detecting the possibility of pregnancy.
