What Causes Abdominal Pain With No Fever In Typhoid?

Dear sir , My typhoid test report is 1/20 ,1/40,1/80,1/160,1/320,1/640 HT : +,+,+,+ ,-,- OT:+,+,+,+,-,- AH:+,+,+,-,-,- BH:+,+,+-,-,- One more thing i even dont understand i dont get any fever or headach somthing ... Only my stomuch is paining... And aomtimes on my back.. I do all test liver kidney stomouch ...all are good.. So my ques is why i m having pain in stomuch insted of fever or hradach like the typhod symptoms.. Is any problum or not.

Above result suggests active typhoid infections and it is clinically significant.
Sometime fever is not present in the first week of the infections and may be very low.
Stomach pain may be present in the typhoid infections.
But I advise you to rpeat the test in another NABL laboratoty to verify/cross check the report.
If report is same then take following advises:
You have to take the
Tablet ceficime for 7 days
Tablet acetaminophen and tablet rantac
Tablet dicyclomine
Drink plenty of luke warm water and maintain the hydration.
Avoid outside food and water
Take light food like roti, khichdi,banana, well cooked rice, applesauce and curd.
Repeat the test after one week of treatment to know the progress and effectiveness of the treatment.
