What Causes Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Flatulence?
42years 1.9Metres, 82Kg. Belching, flatulence, slight nausea, lower right quadrant mild pain and sore knees .... Someone suggested salmonella reactive athritis which seems extreme. Before I started feeling these symptoms. I had taken azithromycin 500mg x 5 days for a chest infection then immediately after levofloxacin 500mg x 7 days for a stomach bug. Thank you.

Take Cap. Cefixime 400mg 1+1 for 7 days.
If there is any salmonella infection it will go away.
Follow up after 7 days with your primary care physician.
