Hello, My concern is about a month ago I started having abnormality when going to the bathroom. My stool would be yellow and liquid like and had a very foul odor with a type of yellow mucus with it. And about a week later I started having strange pains I cannot recall having before in my middle upper abdomen and it would seem as if that same pain was traveling to my right and left ribs sometimes both at the same time but it would only last for a few seconds and then hurt in other spots, while hurting for a few seconds in the upper middle abdomen below where my heart should be but almost right below it.I was concerned that it may be my liver, but the symptoms online didn t match up for the most part for liver disease/failure. I was starting to believe that it was GERD or IBS. But now I am concerned that it may be a heart issue, such as angina because in the last three days a dull random pain will enter my left bicep and my left forearm is slightly weak giving me a weak/unnatural grip in my left hand and I have also had times where my heart would beat irregularly as if it was out of sync for one or two beats sometimes feeling very strong and scary. I noticed that while holding a bag of chips nearly empty and moving my left arm a certain way (forwards with my hand in front of my elbow) my hand would shake and I would get a strange tingly knot feeling in the side of my forearm closest to me. Please help as I am very concerned with no health insurance and currently unemployed.
