What Causes Abdominal Pain With Missed Periods?

I missed my period last month and have yet to have one this month. I also have abdominal pain in the lower region, and have been bloated and a bit gassy as well as recently having diarrhea. I also have a random weight gain of 5 pounds. I have never had an issue with maintaining my weight since I am only 19 with a high metabolism. I have only noticed this gain within the last week. I exercise regularly since I am in the military.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

For missed period following causes has to be ruled out like....
-Stress
-pregnancy (if unprotected intercourse history)
-Ovarian problem
-Stress
-Obesity
-Thyroid problem
-Hormonal imbalance etc

So first USG and pelvic examination done first....

According to cause specific treatment can be given...

Avoid stress...

If hormonal problem detected than suitable pill can be given

Consult gynecologist with keeping this in mind....

Hope this will help

Take care
