What Causes Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea?
Hi I am 24 years old, 5'2" 170lbs. This morning around 3am I started having severe adominal pains it kinda felt like contractions. I went to the bathroom and all i had to do was poop and i felt like I was going to be sick. Its runny like diarea but its normal color. What could this be?

1.They are features of infection - acute gastroenteritis.
2. Abdominal pain with loose stools and fever are generally seen symptoms.
3. If you are my patient i would suggest you to take good amount of water to heel hydration level. (take ORS powder and have it with water)
4.In severe cases a course of antibiotic may needed.
