What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Upon Sneezing?

When i sneeze hard my abdomen (left side) goes into extremely painful spasm and I have to wait a few minutes for it to subside. I am wondering if there is a weakness in my gut and a hernia has formed? I have had inguinal hernia before but this is in my upper left abdomen.

welcome to hcm ...it may be symtom of hernia developing
doagnosis of hernia is confirmed by physical examination by a doctor
please meet a local general practioner he will examine you to see whether you have developed hernia or not
if the hernia is confirmed then please go for surgery as that is the only viable option in hernia
if you have any further query then you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
