General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Prolonged changes in stool frequency and consistency can be related to different conditions such as : (1)inflammatory bowel disease

(2)food intolerance or lactose intolerance

(3)celiac disease

(4)irritable bowel syndrome

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment to determine the likely cause.
This would include history, physical examination of the abdomen.

The heart burn is likely related to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). This is treated with lifestyle changes in diet and also with medications.

Examples of medications include prilosec, prevacid, nexium, protonix

I hope this helps
