Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Your history suggest DKA (Diabetic ketoacidosis). The only way to get sugars under control is properly timed insulin infusion. Please go to ER immediately and get doctor's help to properly control your sugars. Please do not cut down on the dose of insulin. Please go to ER immediately.
