What Causes Abdominal Pain, Dizziness And Fatigue?

Hello Doctor, My name is Sheets Tripathi. My husband and I are planning for a baby. My last date of period was 22 April. We have started planning from the 6th day of period. I was really expecting a baby this time because I have been experiencing symptoms such as- sharp pain in stomach few days after ovulation, mild fewer, dizziness, fatigue, leg cramps, back ache, constipation and bloating. Today , when I woke up in the morning I saw brown spotting.. I am a little worried. Please guide me through.

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be a premenstrual symptom. So, don't worry about it. You can try naturally for a year if your periods are regular. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy. Hope it helps.
