What Causes Abdominal Pain Below Belly Button?
my son has had a fever for 3 days of 103.6 to 102.8 it goes down than up againg on thursday low grade 99.5 and last night it came back full force 103.6 mouth 103.2 underarm now this morning his temp is 101.9 mouth but now he has the runs and complaining of abdomen pain below the bellybutton is it something i should be consernd about or do u think it a virus or could it be his apendix.

Get his urine examination and CBC done to rule out any urine infection.
Antipyretics to be used four houly basis along with vigrous tepid water sponging.
