Hi dear...your baby is in lot of pain dear.
Do give the little one lot of juices, fluids.... must be losing electrolytes.
enterogermina or lactobacillus spores can be given with warm water.
Keep the child on soft diet and hydrate well.
Around the area of the anus/ buttok it must have gone red and sore... you can apply simple coconut oil or zinc oxide cream.
This will certainly reduce the frequency of stool passage.
Once he gets back alright....... stop the spores or germina and give him regular milk products and his regular baby diet....
In the long run.. i wouldnt advise any of those packaged ready to use baby foods...you can make healthy baby food for the baby dear.
Take care
