What Causes Abdominal Pain And Sleeplessness?

Yes...58 yr old female with pain in lower left side which has been coming & going for a while now. I started aging much more quickly than contemporaries; skin looks pretty bad, lots of tiny wrinkles. Very tired but cannot stay asleep. Know I have high triglycerides & cholesterol. Developed fatty lipomas and generally feel lousy. Have trouble when eat anything fatty and crave veggies which if eaten prominently allows me to continue somewhat regularly. I had gallbladder removed during pregnancy 34 yes ago. Any thoughts?

1. Ideally every woman above forty should undergo papsmear once a year and should never be treated symptomatically and must be referred to a Gynecologist.

2. Since you have undergone Cholecystectomy which is one reason of intolerance to fat.

3. At your age following things are required from your side:
. Self breast examination every month
. Yearly P.V. and Pap smear examination

4. Initillay take
. Intermittent course of calcium and alendronate to prevent osteoporosis
. H.R.T. (hormone replacement therapy)
