Hello, What would you make of this diagnosis; Generous spleen and a little low on lymphocites. All other blood test show normal. Patient symtoms; Abdominal pain for the last 48 hrs enough to disturb the sleep. Constant nausea Eyes are a bit glassy Skin is a bit pale Low in energy Weight 107lbs Patient is 14 years old, female and otherwize healthy
