Hi. This can be flu with varied symptoms.
Go for the tests of blood and urine and stool if necessary. Visit ER again to get your dose of medicines. You may need a course of antibiotics and supportive medicines. Some diagnosis may take long to make. They are not evident on day 1 or 2 .
