What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea When Diagnosed With Appendicitis?
I am aged 62 years with hypertensive and diabetic. During last week I have severe stomach pain aqnd it was diagnosid as apenticitis. But our doctor did not agree and treated with medicines .with a tube removed lot of gas from my abdomen which gave me relief. Now again stomach pain with loose motions for tow days.

appendicitis is an acute condition which need immediate surgical treatment. Its most probably gastritis or enteritis. you should conciser going to your doctor and get the correct treatment for this. there could be lots of reasons for such symptoms and only by proper examination, it could be diagnosed. I cannot suggest you any medication for this since it need thorough examination for proper management
