What Causes Abdominal Pain And Cramping Along With Constant Diarrhea?
Hi . I have been getting this weird stomach feeling all week almost feels like when your stomach drops . I have had it all week with nausea but no actual vomit and the past 2 days I have felt a lot of abdominal pain and cramping to the point of crying and constant diareah ? I m unsure of what it is

What you are facing problems like abdominal pain, cramps and diarrhea could be due to amoebiasis.
Kindly take anti-amoebic drug tablet Secnidazole forte.
Also make sure to have bland diet for next couple of days.
Drink good quantity of fluids to replenish the water loss.
